After successfully educating more than 100 pump engineers and energy consultants from German-speaking counties, Pumpenfachingenieur GmbH has decided to offer courses for English speakers as well.
Target group are all those persons whose jobs are related to pumps.

DCP Midstream Partners and Williams Partners are planning to expand the Discovery natural gas gathering pipeline in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico. A Keathley Canyon Connector will be constructed to gather production from the Keathley Canyon, Green Canyon and Walker Ridge areas.

A B.C. First Nation group has reversed its support for the Enbridge Northern Gateway pipeline project; the company says it still has the support of close to half the bands along the corridor. Gitxsan Treaty Society negotiator Elmer Derrik signed the agreement in December, but 36 Gitxsan hereditary chiefs voted to officially reject it during a meeting Tuesday night.
