Hayward Tyler Services (HTS) has overhauled three wet wound boiler circulation pumps (BCPs) for Elektriciteits-Produktiemaatschappij Zuid (EPZ) at its solid-fuel-fired power plant in the Netherlands. The contract required the overhaul to be completed on a turnkey basis within five weeks. The project involved the removal, overhaul and re-installation of three BCPs (Model 2 x 10 x 14 x 17, 280kW, 660V, 218bar) in collaboration with EPZ's onsite maintenance team. This was delivered ahead of schedule and under a tight turnaround time of five weeks. The project was completed under nuclear operating conditions.
