Pump Systems Assessment Course
Pump Systems Assessments are critical to reducing your energy consumption and increasing your overall reliability, plus any optimized pumping systems will greatly reduce your maintenance costs. Take this PSA e-learning course and learn all the key processes, important steps and proven methodologies to manage and conduct any type of pumping systems audit. In this in-depth eight part module course, you’ll gain extensive knowledge on hydraulic systems behavior, pumps/components within pumping systems, and core concepts in collecting, measuring, analyzing, documenting, reporting, and conclusions in a pump systems assessment process. 8 PDH credits are available. Rotodynamic Pumps Course
One of two basic pump types (the other being positive displacement), a rotodynamic pump is a variable torque device that uses an impeller and volute casing to create a partial vacuum and discharge pressure to move water through a casing. Choosing between a rotodynamic or positive displacement pump for an application requires an understanding of pump types. The Rotodynamic Pump e-Learning Course from provides a basic overview of this technology and covers these critical areas: Introduction to Rotodynamic Centrifugal Pumps, Rotodynamic Centrifugal Pump Construction, Fundamentals of Fluid Mechanics, Rotodynamic Centrifugal Pump Performance Characteristics and Rotodynamic Centrifugal Pump Selection & Application. 5 PDH credits are available.
